A former senior leader at Amazon Web Services and Microsoft, he has worked at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, product innovation, and enterprise architecture, shipping products and helping global organizations modernize and scale mission-critical systems.

His expertise spans AI strategy, platform engineering, and business transformation, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes—not just technology implementations. Through SentariAI, he partners with enterprise leaders to turn AI into revenue acceleration, operational scale, and secure, enterprise-grade deployment.

Satvir Randhawa is a product and platform leader with more than 20 years of experience building enterprise software, data platforms, and AI-powered systems.

He currently serves as Director of Product Management at Qualtrics, where he leads strategy across identity, workflows, and ecosystem platform investments. He helped scale Experience iD from 1 billion to 16 billion profiles and has led major product bets in AI-powered automation, self-serve workflows, and enterprise data infrastructure.

His work has focused on helping large enterprises move from disconnected systems and manual processes to software that can understand data, make decisions, and trigger action. At Qualtrics, he led launches that brought AI into operational workflows, with measurable customer impact including cost savings and faster time to value. Before Qualtrics, he spent over a decade at Microsoft building cloud and communication platforms used at global scale.
