These five core roles form the backbone of our consulting practice. We are open to candidates globally, with a bias toward those who have operated in complex, regulated, or large-scale environments.

Principal Consultant — AI Infrastructure

Location: Remote / Hybrid · Company: Sentari AI

Lead enterprise AI transformation programs. Architect and deploy secure AI platforms, large language model infrastructure, and data platforms that power next-generation enterprise applications. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic consulting leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise AI architecture engagements.
  • Design and deploy enterprise LLM platforms, scalable ML infrastructure, AI data platforms, and secure model deployment pipelines.
  • Advise CIO and CTO leaders on AI adoption strategy, governance frameworks, and AI infrastructure modernization.
  • Lead teams of AI engineers and consultants; develop repeatable architectures and frameworks for enterprise AI systems.

Required Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years experience in AI systems engineering, machine learning infrastructure, or enterprise data architecture.
  • Experience deploying AI systems on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong expertise in Python, ML frameworks, distributed systems, and large-scale data pipelines.

Preferred Experience

  • Building enterprise AI platforms with technologies such as Databricks or Snowflake.
  • Consulting experience working with large enterprises.

Principal Consultant — AI Cybersecurity

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Lead the development of autonomous cyber defense systems and AI-powered security platforms. Work with CISOs and security teams to design next-generation security architectures capable of defending AI-driven enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Design AI-powered security architectures.
  • Lead projects involving AI threat detection, SOC automation, LLM security, and adversarial AI defense.
  • Develop security frameworks for enterprise AI deployments.
  • Advise enterprise clients on AI governance and security risks.
  • Lead cybersecurity engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years experience in cybersecurity.
  • Deep expertise in security architecture, threat detection, cloud security, and incident response.
  • Experience working with platforms such as CrowdStrike or Palo Alto Networks.

Preferred Experience

  • Securing AI systems or machine learning pipelines.
  • Leading enterprise cybersecurity transformation programs.

Principal Consultant — Intelligent Automation

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Design and implement AI-driven automation platforms. Lead enterprise automation initiatives that replace manual workflows with AI agents and intelligent process automation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead automation transformation programs.
  • Design systems involving AI agents, robotic process automation, workflow intelligence, and enterprise automation platforms.
  • Advise operations leaders on automation strategies.
  • Build automation centers of excellence for enterprise clients.

Required Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years experience in automation or enterprise architecture.
  • Strong expertise with automation platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale automation systems.

Senior AI Engineer

Location: Remote

Design and deploy AI systems for enterprise clients. Build production-grade AI applications, machine learning pipelines, and LLM-powered systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop machine learning models and AI systems.
  • Build LLM applications, AI APIs, data pipelines, and model deployment systems.
  • Deploy AI infrastructure on major cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with architects and consultants on enterprise solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years experience in machine learning or AI engineering.
  • Strong programming experience in Python, ML frameworks, and data engineering.
  • Experience deploying models in production.

Senior Automation Engineer

Location: Remote

Develop enterprise automation solutions using AI and robotic process automation. Build systems that automate enterprise workflows across finance, operations, and IT.

Responsibilities

  • Develop automation workflows and integrate enterprise systems.
  • Deploy automation using platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years experience in automation engineering.
